- Portfolio Management: The director will lead efforts in portfolio management and SKU optimization. This includes working with the Brand and Product Line Management (PLM) subcommittee to develop and implement acceleration and sunset plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Another vital responsibility is partnering with the Supply Chain team to manage communications regarding supply disruptions and prioritize SKU needs with Customers and Bottlers.
- Franchise Stewardship: Acting as a steward for the commercial strategy, the director will facilitate alignment and deployment across bottlers, ensuring cohesive execution.
